This policy insures all the risks (All Risks) of construction and installation, but some of the most important coverage's are highlighted below:

• Theft or robbery

• Fire, lightning or explosion

• structures, buildings and their occupants and land, neighbors and belonging to third parties

• Civil Liability pollution/contamination

Insured under this policy are the General Contractor and all of its subcontractors, installers and erectors, designers, consultants, inspectors and project managers, when intervening directly in the physical execution of the insured works and insofar as their respective interests are included in the insured sum and at the place of risk.
